05 Jun Notice of Special Meeting and Executive Session
The Harney County Health District Board of Directors will hold a special meeting Friday, June 7, at 1 p.m. for the purpose of hiring a permanent chief executive officer (CEO) for Harney District Hospital and discussing the interim CEO position.
The board will adjourn to executive session under Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 192.660(2)(a), ORS 192.660(7)(d)(A)-(C), and ORS 192.660(7)(d)(D) to discuss the interim CEO position and hiring the permanent CEO.
The board will then reconvene into public session to take action on the permanent and interim CEO positions.
