We offer a small clinic setting where you will get to know our staff and be treated with respect, privacy, and an open schedule to be seen when you need us the most.

We offer a wide range of services from newborn through chronic condition management. We work together with our community to keep you safe, informed, and ready to assist you in your current health need.

Well women visits
Welcome to Medicare visits
CDL’s
Immunizations
Chronic Disease Management
Acute illness visits
Local pre and post of care for out of town specialists
Telehealth visits
Home visits

Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays
8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1-5 p.m.
